About Me

Hi! My name’s Stuart and I have a problem. I can’t stop travelling!

It all started thanks to a friend I used to work with. His own stories of travelling to far of places inspired me to do the same and I’ve hardly looked back since. That was over eight years ago. My first trip was full of so many amazing experiences that I just couldn’t wait to go back. It took a while before I went on my second trip but it’s been all go since then.

Currently I’ve been to more than 30 countries over six continents. Every time I’ve visited a new place I’ve been faced with new challenges as I constantly meet my desire to push myself further and see how much trouble I can get into. I’ve been lucky to witness lots of incredible things. I’ve enjoyed so many amazing experiences and I love sharing them with other people. One of my favourite parts of travelling is meeting other people, whether local or from further afield, and sharing stories. Where you’ve been, where you’re going and things to look out for. Some of my best travelling experiences have happened in places I never knew existed before I set foot in a country.

I was lucky enough to fulfil another goal a couple of years ago when I moved to Spain. I always wanted to experience living in another country and enjoying the differences between day to day life and visiting a city for a matter of days. Working as an English Language teacher allowed me to do just that. Spending almost two years primarily in the North of Spain before living in Valencia last summer.

For me, one of the beautiful things about travelling is everyone does things differently. What works for one person may not necessarily be good for another.

There will always be more to see. I have a target of what I’d like to visit but it’s constantly changing. My desire to explore is as strong as ever and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon.
